softball

       Hey there...... Nice to see you again. This blog is going to be about my softball team. We are called the Colorado Rockettes. I know that our name sounds like the rockies name but we play with Todd Heltons daughter so we thought that it would be cool. We are undefeated in all of our sports so we practice to get even better But anyways, We are a really cool softball team. I hope you think so too!





                   We practice every Sunday and Monday. On Sunday, we do 30 minutes of classroom where we learn more about the game. Then we do mainly feilding 

summer vacation

             For summer vacation this year i am going to south dakota for softball. Also, we may go to water world or elitches. I think that i would love to go to elitches. I say this because i am finally not scared of rollercoasters. Dont ask why i was afraid of them. It was kind of embarrising.  In this blog i will tell you all about my summer vacaion. It will be an amazing summer. May i mention with lots of sun burns.



                                When we are going to South Dakota we are going to be riding in the car for about 5-6 strait hours. Mainly because we may have to stop for food or something like that. We also when we get there we are going to stay in a cool hotel with the  whole softball team. We will play in several tournaments and games. We are looking to take home some victory trophies.



                   The next thing i will do this summer would be going to Water World. We normally get season passes so that we only have to pay one time. I think that there is more to do at water world than there is at Elitches because many people dont like rollercoasters so then they would have more fun at Water World. Since we have older family members in out family, both places would work. It is going to be an amazing summer vacation!
 

                           The next thing i will do this vacation would be sleep. I really love to sleep in and then wake up to the birds. It is so peace full at our house that i could sleep for over 12 hours. My whole family loves sleep so it is like i was born to love sleep. Sometimes on school days i will sleep after i am suppost to wake up. I wish that summer would come faster!

                    In conclusion, Summer is going to be fun this year. Although i will miss school. Me and my friends will most likely get together and hang out or something cool like that. I wish summer would come faster . Dont we all?!?!

my favorite animal=)

 This next blog is going to be about my favorite animal. Personally i dont really have a favorite animal but if i had to chose i think i would chose a bear. They are so cute and so fluffy that i just wanna squeeze there little heads off! Okay i know i know im not that crazy but they are still cute!  I love how they like look scary but they are just really cute. so lets talk about this fluffy animal. Lets go!


                  The bear can come in different colors. Like for example, there are black bears and brown bears. I like the brown bears because  they look really really pretty.   They also have really cool teeth that can rip things apart. I know that it is kind of scary but it is cool. I also like its soft fur that is like a dirty brown.  That is what i like about the bears characteristics.




        The bear normally lives in the woods. But some sightings are coming from our colorado mountains. Bears live in little caves and they sleep there during the season called mating season. That is when bears sleep for about 8 months strait. I wouldnt be able to sleep that long! I thought that that was cool.




                                                   The next thing that i want to say is that its pretty cool is how they get there food. They can like sence when the fish is going to fly up. Then when the fish fly they can like swipe them with there mouth. Its really cool. One time i saw it in real life. He grabbed the fish and you could like see the look on his face. It was really cool to witness.






                               Bears are really cool. I cant believe that they can do all of this amazing stuff. I would have never expected them to do stuff like this. The can  catch fish and the sleep for 8 months. I thought it was really cool. Did you?

           Have you ever heard of the sport famous for the name of football?Well, there is another name for the sport. It is called soccer. In this here essay, I will tell you all about the sports rules and how to play. I believe that this is a really cool sport. I think you will like it after i tell you all about it. So lets go talk about soccer!




                                    The first thing you need to know about soccer is the materials. You will need shinguards, cleats, socks,shorts, soccer ball and some water. The shin guards will protect you from getting kicked in the shin. The cleats are for kicking the ball in the correct way. The socks are just for holding your shin guards in place.The shorts are for running and sprinting. And the ball is just for kicking it into the goal. (im sure you know what the water is for)  Now that you know what all the materials are for, know you must know the postions. So  here we goooooo!!!!




             The first position in soccer is striker. They mainly score the goals and stay higher up the field. The next position is center midfield right midfield and left midfield. They can score and they can play defense. Another position is stopper. That is the position I play. You are suppost to stop the ball for the sweeper. They sweeper is the goalies back up. Then there comes the goalie. she keeps out all of the bad thing and keeps them out. Some people like to call it the keeper. But i call it the goalie. Those are all the postitions. Now , I will talk about how to play, so dont go away just yet!




                                     Now that you know everything there is that you need to know about soccer. I will talk about how to play. The first thing is the fowards need to move around. They cant just stand there and do nothing. Everyone has a job, they should always do there job. Anyways, there are two 30 minute halfs. Between the hour you must score the goals. Then when the hour is up, the one with the most goals wins. That is how you play the game soccer!

All about me

Hi, as you saw as you entered my blog my name is cassidy. Today i will tell you all about me. Also my family, and my friends, and my pets, and my favorite things that i like.I cant wait to tell you all about me and my life. I hope you enjoy it as much as i do. So lets go and i will tell you all about me!


                  Ok, so I have my mom, her name is Lisa, My dads name is Rob, And my brothers name is joe. We are a busy family! We are busy mainly because we play a lot of sports. I play competitive soccer, basketball, and softball. During the week we have to squeeze in about 3 practices for each sport. So Monday through Friday we have a busy schedual. Then, My brother plays year round football and winter basketball. Normally, he has practice Monday,Tuesday, Thursday. But since my dad coaches him, he likes to sometimes be sleepy and he will cancel the practice. He is so funny when he doesn't want to go. He acts so...Dramatic.I am glad I have a family like this.


                                    Next,I have a lot of friends. But since i have so many i don't like to call some of them my best friends because that will then make people mad and i don't want that. But anyways my friends that i normally hang out with are Shane,Shade,Jossilynn , Maddy,Alfredo,Arianna,Tonya, Nereida, and Baylee. I guess I would call them my best friends. We make each other happy when we are sad. We get each other. That is what makes us friends. We act weird around each other and its really funny because everyone stares at us. That is what makes us...US! I also have a bestie out of school. Her name is Oakley. We play all of our sports together. We have so much fun all the we are  together. I love her as a best friend.

                 The second thing i would like to talk about is my Pets. I used to have a brown chiuiuia. But then time passed and he got very old and we had to put him down. We all cried that day. But, we knew it was time because he couldnt walk and he couldnt control his bathroom buisness. He we always have a special place in my heart.Anyways not on a sad note, I still have my maltiese dog. His name is ben. Named after mt favorite quarterback in the NFL Ben Rothesburger on the steelers. He is a small, white, fluffy dog.I love him so much. He still misses buddy to! We love our dog(s) to death!

                              In conclusion, This is my life. I think i have a pretty good families, friends, pets and others.I love everybody that came into my life. They all support me, and they know how to cheer me up. I love you all!
